Huanyu New Materials specializes in producing heat resistant steel casting more than 30 years, main products including rotary kiln chains, shackles, protecting plates of kiln hood, cooler grate plates, preheater hanging plates and etc heat resistant steel castings.
Our customers are all over the world, such as the United States, Canada, Belgium, Russia, Japan, South Korea and more than 10 countries.
We have 102 staff in total, including 9 technical engineers, 6 quality engineers. We cooperate with Jilin University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Jilin Foundry Association over a long period of time, to improve our knowledge continuously.
We have three production lines including Vacuum Process Casting, Lost Foam Casting, and Investment Casting.
We have a complete quality management system and have passed ISO9001 certification. We have spectrometer and X-ray flaw detector, and can make dye flaw detection according to customer needs.
